I Have had it with EJ cannot log into my account and my advisor tells me he is having the same problem… just Great!! Is this how clients are taken care? Unaware and Uninformed.
There are plenty of options out there EJ …I hope your paying attention to my account better than the SECURE web site

Tried logging on with two different browsers and another computer. Same result. After I log in, I just see a blank white screen and nothing else. It never transitions to the account summary page.

I get money deposited in my bank account once/month. This month it wasn’t there, my advisor said it was d/t a new assistant. That $ was then deposited but 2 days later a second payment in the same amount was deposited. My advisor said there was a ‘system glitch’ that caused it. I’m thinking the ‘system glitch’ is her office, right?

I cannot get connected to my EJ login page either. Tried all of the above. None of my computers will connect – my iPhone and my iPad won’t connect unless I shut off WiFi. I launched my VPN and I can can to the log in page and I can login. But no go without the VPN.
