Insert or embed web page in email body in Outlook 2007
1. Copy the web page link you want to insert the content in email body from the internet browser.
2. In Outlook 2007, please click
View
>
Toolbar
>
Web
to show
Search the Web
field. See screenshot:
3. Then paste the web page link into the
Search the Web
field, and press
Enter
key on the keyboard. See screenshot:
4. Now the web page is opened in the Outlook. Please click
Actions
>
Send Web Page by E-mail.
5. Now a new email composing window pops up, enter your recipients and then click
Send
button to send the email.
Note: Notice that the order of the web page content is chaotic after embedding it to the email body. If you want to make it neat to read, please reedit it before sending.

Embed web page in email body by using Internet Explorer in Outlook 2010/2013
In Outlook 2010 and 2013, you can embed web page in email body with the help of
Internet Explorer.
1. Launch
Internet Explorer, and open the web page you want to send by email. Then click
Page
>
Send page by email. See screenshot:
2. After clicking
Send Page by E-mail, the new email dialog pops up, please enter your recipients and then
Send
this email.

Embed web page in email body with Insert function in Outlook 2010/2013
In addition, you can use Outlook Insert function to finish this web page inserting.
1. Create a new email message by clicking the
New E-mail
button in the ribbon.
2. Then click
Insert
>
Attach File. (Note: You need to click on the email body to enable the
Insert

3. When the
Insert File
dialog popping up, select
Text Files
from the drop down menu in the
All Files
field.
4. Now, copy and paste the web page link from the browser into the
File name
field.
5. Then click
button on the
Insert
button, and then select
Insert as Text

6. Now an Outlook prompt box pops up. Choose
Yes

No
to meet your need.
7. In the new message dialog, enter your recipients and then click
