cPanel error: Session cookies invalid | Name.com

If you are trying to log in and you get an error on the cPanel login screen that says Session cookies invalid, then one of the cookies for the page is incorrect. To resolve this problem, first clear out your browser’s cache and browsing history.

Why am I getting a browser cookie error when I try to log …

Go to the main page of the web site which you are attempting to access, then select your product from the main page and try to login again. The “cookie” (data stored in your browser) required to log in is often sent at the home page of a site, so please use the main page as a favorite or bookmarked site instead of the login page itself.

Session invalid or expired · Issue #6617 · roundcube …

I tried: username_domain, session_domain, session_name, session_auth_name Each to have a different value depending on the domain that was used to open the webmail. That did not help, I thought it was the session or the cookies, so I also emptied the sessions table. I tried using the default template.

If clearing cookies doesn’t work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted. Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
